received incorrect tickets

Paid over the odds for tickets at wembley to see u2 in august. We believed we had purchased seats facing the stage as this is what was adertised. When getting to wembley we realised that the tickets we had were for behind the stage and not in fact the tickets we ordered. We received tickets 3 hours before leaving for london, that is probably why we didn't check them at the time but had no reason to think they wouldn't be what we ordered espcialyl with the price we paid. We asked for a refund of the difference between the tickets only to be told that the tickets were of same value. I also asked that they should apprehend the seller as they have advertised incorrect tickets on their site, which bascially is a fraudulant act. I have not heard anything back yet about the seller, so obvioulsy we feel like we have just been conned and seatwave seem to condone this kind of behaviour. Will not be using site again.
