Called Wayfair customer service, stating missing box 2 of 2, stated it was not ordered, gave another tracking number - [protected]. Called again as tracking says pending on Fed x site after a week. Wayfair has no idea, they said open the box that was received, missing king size rails and numerous parts, only received headboard and footboard.
