Received “freshly made” moldy Shepherd’s pie

On Sept. 5, 2008, went to Conor O'Neil's for lunch with a friend. I ordered the Shepherd's Pie. Though they told me it was homemade and freshly made to order, when it arrived and I had a *** I realized that it had mold on it, and had obviously been stored someplace way too long and just re-heated. Definitely not fresh. The waitress insisted that that's just the way that dish tastes, but if you've ever had a *** of moldy food, there's no doubt that it's mold and not "Irish seasoning". It's a real bummer, because I like the place otherwise. I'll just never eat there again.
