Email states overcharge for parcel Declared weight 7.8kg Actual 7.8KG - Declared Len+girth 265cm Actual 265cm and so on - in fact my declared measurements are larger in total than the actual measurements SO CAN YOU EXPLAIN THIS RIDICULOUS SURCHARGE - this is a repeat wheelchair delivery and they were all ok so why is this smaller box received this ridiculous overcharge I dont want Parcelforce to deliver this package until this matter is sorted Dont annoy me by replying by emailing - only ring me on 0771281****
