Received damaged item that G C knew was damaged

1

I recently bought a vintage 1965 Fender Champ online. It was listed as good condition. The amp arrived with a blown speaker. I find it very hard to believe that nobody at the store noticed it. I had my amp tech look at it and he just shook his head. Guitar Center sold me something that they knew was damaged and not in working order. What should I do? Send it back so you can sell it to someone else or just give me a discount so I can replace the speaker. I don’t expect anything from you guys because you really don’t care. This wouldn’t happen with dealing with small privately owned shops.
