Received an undrinkable bottle of wine

Ordered 12 bottles of wine from Wine Insiders. Opened a bottle of Rose one evening and the wine had a terrible metallic taste. This was the second time this has happened to me with this company. Contacted Wine Insiders the next day, and they quickly reached out with an offer of a $12 credit on my next order, which I felt was more than fair. User's recommendation: I have ordered wine from Wine Insiders for quite some time. Their wines overall are very good and fairly priced. In fact, it was my error to file a complaint with Pissed Consumer, and I regret doing so.
