First thing the next morning after my feedback, I received a very customer-friendly call from Mr. Myers of FP&;;;;L. He promised a significant refund on one issue and a thorough explanation of the probable cause of increased billing. As good of a response, as I could have imagined. .Unfortunately, I spent hours on the phone and online before finding this channel of complaint. Thanks for your help. It worked wonders.
