Received a email from PayPal charging me for something I didn’t order

I now have two emails saying that 1. PayPal says "Payment received for $927.85". 2. Another one from PayPal in amount of $39.99. These are too stressful so I will discontinue my PayPal account as soon as I can find out how. I have never been able to talk to a person. Terrible way for a huge business like them to treat their customers.
