My order 83768 arrived broken. Sure was well wrapped SO since there was no chipped piece in the wrapping it was packed chipped. Really world of Judaica! How shameful. Two week so ophone calls daily. Two e mails with photo Refund my entire order. Your company is totally unethical and irresponsible. This item was ordered six weeks before Passover and arrived, damaged, two weeks after the holiday.
