Receipt of issue 2 months ago

Why does the USPS deliver on 4/7/2021 the 2/15/issue. I already got that around the 5th of February. User's recommendation: Don't renew. The corect issues are in the grocery stores the week before the issue date. Getting a 2/17/issue in April when I bought it back in mid February isn't satisfactory..
