It has been over 6 months, tried to make a concession and buy yet another washer from GE, Biull Bowers shut everything down, stated that they were not going to sell me a new machine at a discount nor were they going to give me $100 dollar. Refuse to return calls, have not paid the $100. Remember the machine was recall, faulty General Electric product. Several GE representatives called and offered to help, but in the end it came down to the manager, who was obnoxious and failed to hear the issues, but he did know that the washing machine was a recall, not repairable and yet he argued with the customer, disrespected the fact t hat she now had a machine that was not working or recommended for use.
