Update by user Jan 23, 2021 No still same they don't let me loaner there Lexus car they give a rental car not Lexus Update by user Dec 24, 2020 I need Lexus provide me there loaner car Update by user Dec 24, 2020 Please email me Original review posted by user Dec 24, 2020 I came yesterday to the dealer where I buy my car wait for 3 hrs spoke 3 different people my car is Lexus US 200 is recall for pump and they told me takes 2-3 months for fixing no parts then I ask if they can loaner me another Lexus they told me no coz of my insurance don't have a transfer renter so they offer me a rental car for Enterprice company car rent but the car that I see is to old and I didn't like coz my car is Lexus they should provide me there loaner car I'm so upset about it so I need help about it Lexus is suppose to solve this problem but none of them can help me I need car for my commute daily to work can't drive the car is recall
