RECALL OR REFUND OF TRANSMISSION CLUTCH

Good day! We have an issue with the transmission clutch of our ecosport unit, it was fixed last December 23, 2020 but we personally paid for an issue. We humbly asking if you can refund or recall the unit most especially ecosport 2017 in the Philippines because most of the unit has a problem in transmission clutch especially drive and reverse.
