Company has always been SLOW to ship my orders. To wait..and wait..and wait and then receive the WRONG stuff is frustrating. Reached out MULTIPLE times to their supposed customer service (both phone & email/contact) resulted in simply being totally ignored, now exceeding a month since arrival of incorrect order. Keepshooting refuses to contact me back in anyway on what should have been a simple, no drama, easy exchange. Clearly thier time is not worth it.. LOST - forver - a long term, repeat customer due to simply not caring, from proper order selection, to ship times, to making things right when the company made a mistake, was simply too much to ask for. Striongly suggest potential buyers take note.
