ive contacted 2k support multiple times, submitted multiple tickets, and they keep telling me to change my wifi to an ethernet cable. after every rec game, i receive an a problem has occurred that prevents gameplay from happening. this game will not be counted. error message. 2k support keeps merging my tickets and i never get an email back after that. User's recommendation: uninstall the game and never turn back.
