Bought 5 pico's on black Friday 2017. Applied for rebates on line and system would only allow me to complete 3 applications. Called Beretta woman said give it a day and reapply for other 2. Awhile later I only got 3 - $50.00 rebates and never got the other 2. I got the email address of the rebate manager and sent a letter explaining the situation. Never heard from him for a month until I thanked him for not responding. Magically he had found the other two serial numbers that were never granted a rebate and promised to send me my $100.00 within a week. That was a year ago. Called today to ask for his boss, turns out the guy said he doesn't have a boss. Such a bull *** company. No more Beretta for me. Flat out lie to me and it is in writing. Next step is complaint to Maryland Attorney General's office.I told him this months ago and he has never responded. They must be broke.
