We signed up for the rebate last year and went through all the hoops of setting up the card and submitting the claims as we purchased medication of our dog. But every single time we have tried to actually use the rewards card to purchase addition medicine from our vet, it has been rejected. My wife tried contacting them and like others we have read about, got long waits and then little useful help. It seems like a rewards program should actually reward you rather than frustrate you and embarrass you at your Vet by ALWAYS having the card denied. User's recommendation: Forget this rewards program, it is a waste of time.
