Rebate customer service

I have sent documents as requested 3 times. Each time it gets denied. This has been going on for 3 months now. There is no notification of a status change at all, I have to check everyday. I understand why they don't notify me, because the rebate is time sensitive. *** poor customer service and business practices. I'm about to sell my 4 new graphs, trolling motor and active target transducer and go with Hbird or Garmin. I'll be sure pass the info around all clubs I deal with about this issue. User's recommendation: Don't get your hopes up when try and call customer service.
