Realtor fails due diligence and no refund on earnest money

The realtor, Robert Nevill, took $2000 earnest money on finance contingency. The financing fell through and I did not get my earnest money back nor did he give an explanation or try to help me. This company is all about the sale, not the customer. Very smarmy and unscrupulous.
