I paid my Flash Wireless several days ago with a NEW Debit card (I'd had fraudulent activity on the former card). I resent having to ENTER my new credit card number without a live rep, in the first place. Then today I received a text that my payment was PAST DUE, and that there would be a $15.00 reactivation fee. It's taken me a considerable amount of time today to get your system to take my payment, and it still charged me a $15.00 reactivation fee, when I'd attempted to make the payment in a timely fashion with my new valid card.
