Really poor unprofessional customer service

For around 2 weeks my shipment is late and missing but the customer service keep advising me that i have to wait 20 business days first but when i called DHL they confirmed that it looks missing and the company must call them and make a claim about the shipment so that they can investigate about where is it now No one from bodybuilding.com was willing to do this step and try to go the extra mile and understand what is happeneing and assure me as a customer
