We sent back a modem after having one of our internet accounts closed. My son-in-law had his own as both my husband and he was working from home. Son-in- law moves out eventually so we close one of the lines and send back the modem in the box provided. They say they never got the modem but will investigate further. That was it. Never heard from again. Large charge for modem not being sent back on bill. I called. On hold over 50 minutes. Gave up. Messaged on facebook. No answer hours later. This is not a one-off. Consistently awful customer service. No options in our area. User's recommendation: Stay away if at all possible.
