Really? Have a back up plan!!

2/3/18 Confirmed loading 4 days prior to move. The morning of move @430 am i started getting texts from mover asking if he could come 2 hours late. I told him nobut he could come early and he said ok. At 815am he texted and said he wasnt coming. Emailed help move and got no reply and finally got a number. Talked to a indifferent Cust. Rep. They said they would cancel but wouldnt help to find someone else. No im sorry or anything. U haul is no help either and they hooked me up with this site. Use if you want but you better have a back up plan. Im disabled and cant move myself otherwise i would. Hope this helped someone..
