Really hard to communicate with customer service

These people are totally ridiculous! And the worst part is that their English is super poor and it is really hard to communicate. I received a dress and was not satisfied with its quality. It looked nothing like pictures, so I decided to return it and get a refund. Contacted ViviDress customer service and they replied in very poor English. I told them the reason why I wanted to return the dress, but they said that they do not understand what was wrong with it. In the end I just gave up, because I did not want to waste my time any longer. I do not recommend ViviDress!
