Really Bad service and disconnected wrong place

There are another huge complaint now. I cancelled my main bed room cable box and tried to return the cable box but whole day your service man did not showed up and screwed one of my vacation day. So I changed my mind to return cable box by myself so asked UPS return label. Now I have found that you have disconnected my living room as well. I have two boxes so I tried to return main bed room cable box but you disconnect whole my unit. I cannot watch my Living room TV at all. What a service this. I really wonder what kind of service you do now? B.rgds. Jongsoo Kim
