Don't ever go to the Ultracuts, Castleridge location. I went in there November 1st for a bang trim. How can you mess up a bang trim right? Well Susan certainly did. I had a company party to attend that night too. Well she butchered my bangs!! Don't EVER go there or if you have to, don't have Susan cut your hair. My bangs originally were just below my eyebrows and I wanted them AT my eyebrows. She did NOT do that...AWFUL. How do these people get these jobs? I would hate to have gotten a full haircut. I would probably be bald.
