I am 65 and bought a pool liner a couple of years ago from ITSwim. Received a 20% off coupon several weeks ago "20% off AN order over $100". Tried to place order on 6/9/18 for Zodiac cleaner. Not only could the rep not find my customer number but he was a total *** with me also. Come to find out the cleaner was not included in the discount, even though it is not stated anywhere on the coupon. Waited to talk to a manager and found the exact item on eBay $100 cheaper.I will never purchase another item from that company again. I recommend looking else where for your pool needs. As a retired 31 year service rep...In the Swim, as a company, STINKS!!!!
