As realtors it seems our phones ring daily with solicitation to build our brand on the internet, get quality leads and buy real estate products/services. I am usually really good at saying no. Occasionally I cave and in june of 2016 realesales, valentina got me. She was super sweet and very persistent... Called me a few times. I caved and paid $1000 for 2 zip codes. After a few months I realized I never got one email after the initial contract and introduction and I hadn't got one lead.in november of 2016, I reached out and was told they would add in a 3rd zip code because the two I had paid for hadn't generated leads. They assured me they would be better at communication and I could expect a call monthly. Nothing!!! Nada!!! Not a phone call, email or lead. I am doing my taxes and have the $1000 on my expense list and wanted to make sure to post a complaint to hopefully save another agent from making the mistake I did.
