I have purchased an item from this website and was shocked with the terrible quality of my order! I contacted FireMountainGems support service and they refused to refund my money. These people sell very low quality items and steal customers money. Don't buy from them. I contacted them many times but they said no over and over again. Later they just stopped answering! These people are real cheaters!
