Real bad hair cut

I already gave you a full detailed report. I went to a different great clips yesterday to fix what see could. The gal that fixed what she could works at the Double Diamond location in Reno. When looking at my hair she told me that the cut I got at the other location was uneven all over. I said it didnt surprise me. She asked if I wanted her to fix ? I said yes & she did. Her name is Cheyenne. Just getting a license and just putting a person to work isnt good enough. You need to train your employees to listen to the customer & do what they ask them to do, not what they want to do! If I dont get a phone call from customer service I will go to the media or another source. I tired of this email stuff. Im self employed for the last 36 years in the catering business which is extremely difficult, but I rarely have a problem and when I do its taken care of immediately and not by email.
