I've been at my residence for 2 years . I've paid all of my bills on time and this past March i get a rebill for $4200.00. Now let me mind you that its just me and my wife, how the *** does a rebill come back so high. They have refused to fix it or even explain how this could be, even the supervisors can't figure it out. Im frustrated as *** and need some real help
