I called compay a year ago to inform them i was cancelling my policy, they said no problem , its that easy done, not true, they still took my money from my acct. Informed them that i canceled and they said that i needed a confirmation # to finalize the deal. Terrible business, i thought i was done with a phone call, and i never received a letter from them stating that .
