Saga shortened: I sent in frames ($400) which I got NOS because they were discontinued. Lensabl broke them, tried to cover it up, ignored me. I eventually got them to admit they were broken, send back the broken frames. Lensabl said they had no fault and that I agreed by sending them in that I was was liable if they broke. Oh and they said I was lucky I didn't get charged the return charge. Boils my blood.
