I purchased a Dryer/Washer at Lowe's.August 15) I wanted a lowe's credit card for purchase(IN STORE) ended up paying on my Visa and was told wait for this letter???? I received a letter from Synchrony--- saying Unable to identity of applicant. I went to the store on Panet Road/ Winnipeg, and showed Alana(Manager) letter, and they don't understand why I didn't get a Ref# for the purchase. I can't get the discount or the 12 month free interest?? Plse check Brenda
