Mrs, Mr , in fact , i reserved a room through your hotels.com sales department. a room for an adult for 08/08/2021 but the hotel you proposed was not open and it seemed to me that it was definitely closed. I am asking you for a refund for my reservation . I do not find it normal that you offer hotels that are not open. You lose customers because of these problems . I tried to contact the hotel but no response . i remain at you entire disposal
