As a neighbor of someone moving on my block with the services of above agent I want to address my complaint about this Darren J hitting and breaking branch on my tree in the front part of my property with his truck. When addressed by me his comment was it wasn't his fault as tree was in the way of his truck. My tree branches are 20-30 feet above street and have never had anyone come close to hitting branches. He was extremely rude and would not provide me with anyone to contact re my complaint. I called the non-emergency local police (Sherman Oaks, CA-LAPD) and they came out and confronted him. He finally provided them with his card and after asking for an apology for damaging my tree on my private property he said he was sorry. He addressed the problem only because the police were present. I will never use the services of Mayflower as they employ agents that destroy private property and don't take any responsibilty for their actions.
