RCA is NOT a good tv or company. incompatible with Rogers remote

My brand new RCA TV/DVD combo is not compatible with Rogers. Rogers is unable to get their remote to work with my RCA TV/DVD Combo User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY RCA TV. it is NOT compatible with Rogers remotes. Most other brands are compatible with Rogers.
