Per warranty they replaced my razor body. They did not send a razor head. I took the old razor head off of the old razor and put it on the new razor. When I turn the new razor on, there is a loud screeching noise. I clean the old head thoroughly and it still makes the loud screeching noise. The new razor body does not make hardly any noise without the head on it while running. I am not sure if I should try to buy a razor head and if so not sure where to purchase one
