Rash From Vitamin C Serum

I used the Vitamin C Serum Once and the next morning I woke up with a rash/hives all over my face and neck. Itching like crazy! I was terrified it might be a Covid19 Rash, then I remembered I used the Serum. It has been four days, still bumpy and blotchy. I only used it once. What a Mistake!!l! User's recommendation: Don’t use on SKIN.
