LVP CASE ID 19-V0010 - DECISION SUMMARY On December 23, 2019, Complainant submitted two complaints in accordance with the Legitimacy Verification Program (“LVP”). The complaints alleged that post #1134995 and #1135153 (the “Posts”) contained statements in violation of PissedConsumer’s Terms of Use. The Posts’ author(s) was provided an opportunity to respond to the complaint, as provided in LVP Rule 9, but failed to do so. Thus, the Posts and the information provided by Complainant constitute the LVP Record. Having considered the LVP Record, the Third Party Neutral finds the entirety of post #1134995 and #1135153 are more likely than not false, inaccurate, defamatory and in violation of PC’s TOU. Therefore, the Posts should be removed and the titles regenerated according to PissedConsumer’s internal algorithm. Dated: March 10, 2020
