Random Bill and Shipment to Old Address

I had not had a shipment in over 3 months since I cancelled my order. Now I randomly get charged their expensive rate of $28.95 and the order is getting shipped to an address I don't even live at anymore. I went to check my "active subscriptions" and it shows none so I cant even remove my card. I emailed their customer service but I can't wait for them to respond there.. I tried calling their support but they say no custoer support agents are available and then hang up! I cant even wait in line to speak with someone to fix my problem. Terrible Company. Terrible Product. Terrible Price.
