Random Attack on Customers

1

Got a call Saturday that my account and my son's account were locked. The agent was completely unhelpful and seemed gleeful as she got me angrier and angrier .... at one point even accusing me of "bank fraud". I often transfer small amounts of money to my sons account, and when he gets paid he transfers it back. I assumed that somehow triggered an alert. But small transfers between people with the same last name living at the same address .... that doesn't take a Columbo to figure out. It took two trips to the branch to prove my son and I weren't crime lords. I've been a customer for over 10 years and once they were a great bank, but they have slowly descended into complete incompetents.
