On 31st july 2020, I was planning to send rakhi to my brother through ferns n petals. The total was 408 and I paid through paytm. The amount has been deducted from my account, even I have a proof which I got from paytm. As soon as I paid for it, I thought I would receive an confirmation email or text, but sadly I didn't receive that also then I check my account in fnp. The status was waiting. The order id is [protected]. It was supposed to reach today, i.e, 1st august 2020. I have been trying to reach them through their customer care number. 10 mins on the call, still got no reply. I was using it for the first time, and now everytime I generate a complain ticket, they close it without solving my issue. I feel so sad and irritated at the same time. This is not done. Please help me out.
