The crossing at Main St & Ford Ave in North Jacksonville 32218, is very bad . The railroad ties/wood is completely gone, it has caused damage to my car which I feel that is your responsibility . I drive a 2015 Dodge Challenger, that now has a tire system failure because of the holes in the damaged crossing. Please repair the both of the damages mentioned
