Racist cruel no mercy

Update by user Feb 04, 2019 as of today no one has called back my credit card still working on reversing the 5000.00 china charged my card i had to cancel my card too will try filling a human rights complaint Original review posted by user Jan 03, 2019 my wife and two young children 2 months and two years we travelling to Philippines i an dark male,i was assisting with the luggage and check in,we were given two seats with bassinet the boarding passes were issued,all of a sudden the supervisor comes to the counter,and tells us to go to another counter,as there was an error in our ticket,30 minutes before boarding we were allowed to board our seats were given away to another passengers,my fife was separated from our two year old.when they arrived at shanghai my wife who is 5 foot 2 was told to check her 5 large languages out and then back in at transit,so she had to carry 5 bags and 2 infants to another level with no help. all the lagages were check each and every item then they demanded 200.00 for over weight that we already paid in Toronto, when i received my bill from my credit card the cost was 2200.00,we were charged over 5000.00,when we filed complaint no response,when we tried to call we had to wait 2 hour to speak to some that doesn't understand English then when asked for supervise she hang up.
