A young beautiful, but poor and uneducated Latina mother was murdered by her white soon-to-be-ex-husband. He literally beat her to death and then staged an automobile "accident" to cover up his crime. His clothes were saturated with his victim's blood, but the white CHP ruled it the result of his "serious injuries" without investigating or the obvious fact that he didn't have any bleeding injuries as the hospital records show. He didn't have a scratch, but because the Latina victim is a member of the most hated Hispanic people, and her murderer is a precious white man, they let him go without charges to collect of his victim's life insurance.
