Quite telling me it’s my fault

My health credit applied to January February not March but April through the rest of 2018. In March Cigna insurance charge me 3680 for that’s month premium. It was an auto withdraw. Normally the payment is 477. I was unaware it when to 3680. We received a letter from Cigna the day the payment was due. No time to stop the withdraw. How convenient for them. Do not ever let anyone set you up on an auto payment plans. They can take what ever amount they want No help from the market place. I spoke with a supervisor and she was uninformed and very condescending and quick to let me know it was my fault that I did not receive any notices from the market place. I should have call and ask if there might be any issues with my claim. Very very disappointed with the caliber of government employees. Sorry.
