I received the wrong size tire and shipped it back the same day that it came in. I spoke to customer service the day they received my return 4/16/19 and I was told I should be refunded in 2-10 days. I called back on 4/23/19 because I still did not receive a refund and was informed that someone did not process the request correctly and that it would be fixed. That leaves me here on 5/10/19 still without a refund for a tire returned 24 days ago, they took the money instantly but now it's become a headache to get it back. Filed a claim with paypal which gave them an additional 10 days to respond to the claim which was filed 10 days ago and no response. (Big Surprise) Never again.
