Quick to take your money, very very slow to pay a claim

Update by user Nov 03, 2018 They never paid my claim even though they said they sent the checks. Now, they are out of business, so we'll never see that money or a refund of premium. Original review posted by user Oct 04, 2018 I sent them paperwork in July for repairs of my air conditioner and my Dryer. I August I called them and asked what was going on and they said they needed additional paperwork to prove I had been maintaining the appliances for the past two years. I sent the paper work on Sept 4. Here we are a month down the road and I have heard nothing from them. I called last Friday, Sept 28 to make sure they had received the paperwork I sent. I was told a supervisor would be calling me. Heard nothing. Called again Tuesday, Oct 2 and again yesterday. I was told each time someone would call me back. They still haven't . I was told it was ok to use my own people as I don't let anyone I don't know into my home, so that shouldn't be the problem. I was told I didn't have to get pre-authorization. The sent me an email, and I called and told them I don't do things by email as the doctor does not want me typing because I have a shoulder issue and I want everything in writing snail mailed to me. Haven't received any mail either. I shouldn't be typing this, but I have to get their attention somehow
