it was easy to have someone come to our house to convince us that we needed the water and ours was bad. when it came time for the two-week follow-up no calls no emails. 2 months later I get a call after I've called and emailed a few times. And an "oh I'm sorry" helps..nope.. I work too. If I dont do my job I get in trouble, wheres the responsibility in their employees?
